June trip with Jason and Nathan

June 16 we fished Piney Creek. We caught a day between the muddy high waters. Piney Creek was high but we could see the bottom in about 3 feet of water. We started the day with sunshine and had a 6 short showers through out the day. We did catch some nice fish. The photos are of the day. We caught two fish over 20 inches and the last one was 22 inches. It was fun catching up with a couple of High School friends. Jason is a veteran fly fisherman who handled this 22 inch monster with great skill. Nathan handled his 20 inch bomber with great ease as well. It is great fun to help others live the life.
